Lodge Room Patio – These rooms have two queen beds  and are located on the main floor of the Lodge.  The patio room is equipped with a small dorm style refrigerator. This room has doors that open onto a delightful patio are. $107 per night + tax (shown in picture below)

 Family Cabins –  The two-story Family Cabins feature two upstairs bedrooms (one king bed and one queen bed) and a balcony that oversees a full kitchen and living room, complete with a wood-burning stove. The cabins can comfortably accommodate 8 people, since there are two sleeper sofas in the living room. Each cabin has deck overlooking the woods and they are available all year. Please note that there is a two night minimum stay on weekends. Cabins are $162 per night plus tax.

We have reserved a block of rooms for the Kelly Family Reunion.  The prices quoted on these rooms are our discounted rates, these rates are the bottom dollar rate.  There are no additional discounts for AAA or AARP. 

Please call reservations by calling 1-877-563-4371  by July 1^st  2012  to reserve your room to ensure you get our discounted rate. 

When calling the hotel you must give them the group code 0803KF. 

If you do not give them our group code you may not get a reservation and you will not get our discounted rate.  This hotel sells out up to one year in advance.  Therefore it is necessary for you to give them our group code.

The Abe Martin Lodge does have somewhat of a different reservation policy.  When booking your reservation with your credit card they will charge your card for the price of your room for one night.  When calling the telephone number above to book your reservation the agent will give you all the details you will need.

So, I’m all checked in, now what?

Evening Reception  Friday, August 3^rd 6pm–12am

We will have an evening reception in the Allison Peabody Room.  Come on down and join us for some card games and fun.  A buffet is available for your evening dinner.  The reunion will cover the expense of your dinner. Dinner will be servied from 6pm - 7pm.  After dinner we will have dancing, cards and music.  Bring your instrument if you play!

 The Abe Martin Lodge has a 12,000 s.f  indoor aquatic center.  When booking your room at the hotel, you are given a certain amount of wrist bands for the aquatic center.  If additional wrist bands are needed or if you are not booking a room, please check with the hotel direclty for pricing. 

Our reunion committee will have an adult at the aquatic center from 6 p.m. to 9p.m.   The reunion representative will have on a green t-shirt that says 2012 Kelly Family Reunion.  Please feel free leave any children age 6 and up with our representative.  Be sure to check in with the representative leaving your cell phone number before you head to the evening reception.

 9:00am – 12:00 noon –           Donuts and Coffee  The hotel does not provide a complimentary breakfast so be sure to come early for donuts and coffee.

12:00 noon –1:30 pm –          Pitch in lunch

As usual the reunion will provide the meat and paper products.  Just bring at least one dish along with your cooler of beverages.  (Reminder:  the park does not allow alcoholic beverages)

1:30-2:15                                Kids Auction

2:30- 3:30pm                          Adult Auction –

Don’t forget the proceeds from this event will pay for next year’s event.  Thanks for your donations!  The donations pay for the shelter, meat, prizes, paper products coffee, donuts, can heaters for the food, aluminum pans and other supplies.

       There is a small entrance fee to enter the park.  If this causes any financial stress on your family please contact Darla or Donna for a refund after you arrive at the shelter.
